- Parts ordered in error or not needed must be itemized on a Comtec Return Form and must be accompanied with a copy of your original invoice showing when the part was purchased.
- All returns must be in their original box and in resale condition.
- There will be NO returns on special ordered or non-stock items.
- All freight costs will be paid by the dealer and all returns are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.
- All returns must be made within 30 days from date of purchase.
